The greatest things in life don’t come easy – but they are worth working for. If you’re looking for an instant transformation, it’s best to learn now that there is no such thing. Like achieving the body you want, building a business and ultimately making your life a masterpiece, this sort of work takes time and commitment in order to see results.

YOU HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION THAT I CAN'T TREAT

I can take on many roles as a Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, but I am not a therapist, psychologist or psychiatrist. I've been trained to ask questions and help you examine your mindset and overcome obstacles, but I can’t provide treatment for severe health issues. See a trained health provider if you think you may have a serious problem. If you are unsure about whether you fall into this category, please book a free introductory session with me and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help or not - I have pointed many people in other directions to great success, I will never just take your money if I don't think working together will be effective or right for you and your situation.

There are many misconceptions and myths out there about life coaching.

Here are some of the most common:

 

“Anyone can be a life coach and coaches do not require training.”

 

Anyone can be a life coach without a days training. Would you want to trust anyone with your life goals who has no training? Great life coaches must possess the right blend of expertise and skilled delivery and that is provided with an accredited course. This ensures that they can properly encourage clients while determining and resolving the core issues that merit attention in each case. I have received over 250 hours of training and real world case studies over a number of years so that I have all the skills needed to help you transform your life. What’s more, I have already achieved proven success in my own life overcoming huge obstacles such as postnatal depression, crippling anxiety, divorce and an autoimmune disease (which is now in recession) and I practice what I preach on a daily basis.

“Coaching is like unlicensed therapy.”

Those looking for a life coach definition often wonder about the difference between this and therapy. Life coaching is focused on your present and your future. Coaching accepts your current reality and looks to improve your outcome moving forward. Life coaches are not health professionals, and they do not diagnose you. In contrast, therapy focuses on your past and looks to delve into past actions and patterns. It is analytical, but not action-oriented. Read my full article on this HERE.

“Coaches let you vent, then they offer advice.”

Coaches do need to have great listening skills, but delivering high-quality coaching is far more than giving advice. It demands that the coach be able to draw on a deep base of knowledge, experience and training to enable you to find your own solutions and work with the client to implement them. I am objective and will offer support in working out how to move toward accomplishing your goals as well as work with you to identify and resolve inner blocks so that you can eventually coach yourself.

As soon as I decided I wanted to be a coach, I knew I wanted the best training I could find. Many coaches buy an online theory course for a few dollars, this was not the route I wanted to take.

 

I'm a professional, certified coach and NLP practitioner with over 250 hours of study and certification alongside several years of experience coaching many to great success.

 

I'm formally trained in a number of coaching disciplines as well as Neuro Linguistic Programming, EFT  and continue to further my understanding and qualifications all the time:

Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching.

Diploma in Coaching in Education.

Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner.

Reiki Master Practitioner.

  • Who is coaching for?
    Anyone who wants to move forward in life. I believe that everyone can benefit from coaching (even Bill Gates agrees with me!). If you want to be able to do more tommorrow then you have been able to today, then working with me is for you!
  • What do you coach? (Confidence, Relationships, Career, Communication etc)"
    I coach people to realise their full potential. Whether this is in relationships, career or general life stuff. My main passion is confidence and communication which I believe are the foundations for all happy living, but the basis of what I do is to work on the WHOLE. Money Mindset can also vastly affect how happy we are in life and relationships. As such, my workshop “Unleash Your Money Mindset” is designed to create great shifts in how you think about money and how it affects your life.
  • How do you coach?
    I have 1-1 packages that are tailored to the individual, combining coaching and NLP techniques to move you forward faster than you can on your own. I also offer a membership which is a low-cost way of getting into personal development and benefitting from a group coaching environment. My client is at the centre of all coaching. I will not be telling you what I think you should do, it is down to you to make the decisions for your own life, I will support you to remove obstacles and give you confidence and the tools to take sustainable action.
  • How much will it cost?
    Group Coaching Membership is just £37 per month (Less than £1.25 per day) One to One - Personalised Coaching & NLP Programs: 3 month BigLife Foundation is £1557 (or £577 per month) 6 month BigLife Growth is £2557 (or £477 per month) 12 month BigLife Transform is £2997 (or £277 per month) Unleash Your Money Mindset Workshop starts at just £97 for the group workshop (I also offer a bespoke One to One version and a special half-day package for Couples)
  • How do I know you are the right coach for me?
    Book a FREE Introductory zoom session with me. We will spend an hour having a powerful conversation helping us both to work out whether we are a good fit for coaching together. If I feel we are not a good fit, I will refer you to one of my network of skilled coaching colleagues.
  • What is the next step?
    Decide whether you want to make changes to your life, what your prepared to invest to start living the life you really want to, book the initial call and let’s get started! The best time to plant a tree was 50 years ago but the second best time is right now! We all have the choice to do nothing and let life run us or we can choose to make an investment in ourselfs and start seeing some amazing changes!
  • What if I can’t afford it?
    I realise the 1-1 can be a stretch for some, which is why I set up my membership. This is £1.23 per day and could change your life. I would say that is a bargain! There are also lots of free stuff including my YouTube Channel, Articles and weekly emails if you want to do something on your own to start with.
  • I don’t really like groups, how can the membership work for me?"
    You can start by interacting in the online space first if that feels more comfortable. You can join in the meetings as much or as little as you like. The aim of the membership is to build your confidence and you may find you want to have more input as you move through the weeks and months.
  • How is the membership different to 1-1 coaching?
    The membership is a group model which is more directed towards a common goal. The 1-1 is completely bespoke to your needs and will catapult you forward at a much faster rate.
  • What if you can’t fix me?
    No one is trying to fix anyone; coaching is about enhancing who we are. Mostly we aren’t really broken, we just have experiences in life that can be hard to deal with. If you feel as though you might need to be “fixed”, speak to a therapist first.
  • What if I don’t reach my goal?
    If you don’t reach the goal you set out with originally, you will certainly gain some insight, learn a lot about yourself and make some new goals. Some goals are for the long term and some change. Coaching is about getting out what you put in. If you do the work, whatever outcome you get will be the right thing for you at that time.
  • How long do I need coaching for?
    I would recommend small to medium sized personal goals, start with 3-6 months, you can get a lot achieved in this time. (You'll be amazed just how much!) If it is a business-related goal (many of my clients decide to set up new businesses) I would recommend a 12 month program.
